Yes. Each product goes through strict quality checks and is manufactured under good practices. We use natural ingredients and ensure purity and compliance with applicable standards.

Yes, we deliver across India. Some remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take longer or have specific courier constraints.

You can pay via:

  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets

Delivery time depends on your location. Generally:

  • Within state / metro locations: 2–5 business days
  • Other regions / rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delays can happen due to courier constraints or external factors.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to monitor the package status via the courier's tracking portal.

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of receipt. Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll evaluate and arrange for a replacement or refund (if replacement isn't feasible).

  • You may cancel or modify your order before it is dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation or changes are not possible.

Because these are consumable herbal products, we generally do not accept returns if the package has been opened or used.

Returns are only permitted under circumstances like non-delivery, incorrect item, or irreparable damage.

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Expect the amount to reflect in your account in 7–10 business days, depending on bank / payment system delays
