- Customers will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS once the order is shipped.
- Jeevanam Herbal Concentrate is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Replacement Policy
- We take great care in packaging products safely. However, in case of damage, leakage, or wrong product delivery, you may request a replacement.

3. Return & Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened or used.
- Refunds will only be issued in cases of:
- Non-delivery of the product
- Damaged or defective products (if replacement is not possible)
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
